Seiken Sentai Ryukenger vs. Kamen Rider Saber THE MOVIE (劇場版聖剣戦隊リュウケンジャー VS 仮面ライダーセイバー Gekijō-ban Seiken Sentai Ryuukenjā tai Kamen Raidā Seibā^?) is a Japanese superhero crossover film between Super Sentai and Kamen Rider Series. It primarily features the protagonists of the incumbent series, Kamen Rider Saber and Seiken Sentai Ryukenger.

In the film, the Yodon-Shocker's force launches a massive attack on Earth and rescue Saber from the imprisonment, prompting the collaborations of the Saber Riders, the Ryukengers, and their predecessors.

The catchphrases for the movie is Inspired stories, heroes are finally back. (インスピレーションを持った物語、ヒーローたちがついに戻ってきました。, Insupirēshon o motta monogatari, hīrō-tachi ga tsuini modotte kimashita.^?)

It was announced in early of May 2022 by Salman Khan and pre-production work of the film began in the mid of June 2022 until the end of August 2022. Originally, it was supposed to be Shin Super Hero Taisen but later changed to Seiken Sentai Ryukenger vs. Kamen Rider Saber THE MOVIE, since its titled was last used in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger Vs. Kamen Rider Drive Spring Vacation Combining Special. Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra and Kenichiro Oishi roped as a music composer, cinematographer and editor in the film.

Khan announced the following week that development of the film had commenced and early script drafts were being written. He chose to announce this on May 14th, 2022, which was the birthdate of Syuichiro Naito, Touma Kamiyama's actor.

The film's official Twitter then announced that a press conference regarding the film would be held on June 30th in the afternoon at 3PM.

Casting[]

Several Kamen Rider Saber's cast and suit actors are confirmed return to this movie. Unfortunately, Robin Furuya did not reprise his role instead of the voice actors due to schedule conflicts.

It was revealed Yuichi Nakamura serves as the new character's voice actor and Salman Khan confirmed that he will make a cameo appearance in the movie.

Filming[]

The film's principal photography commenced 17 August 2022, and Ryukengers and Kamen Rider Saber's cast joined the sets in September 2022. Filming was wrapped up in January 2023.

It was shot in several filming locations in Japan, especially in Yokohama. It was shot at several extravagant locations across Japan, South Korea and India.

Release[]

Originally, the movies are planned to set released on August 1, 2023. Except for Japan, the movies are confirmed to released in cinemas of Japan on March 31, 2023. While for the worldwide, the movies are set to released in May 12, 2023.

Sequel[]

A sequel entitled Yaseiju Sentai Baridenger vs. Kamen Rider Revice THE MOVIE, also directed by TBA, was released on May next year. Several Revice actors will reprise their roles as Ikki, Daiji, Sakura, and George, respectively.

Plot[]

The film begins when a massive fleet of spaceships from an another dimensions launches an attack on New Delhi. The citizens were evacuated. The heroes including Salman Khan appear at the scene to face the enemies, but to no avail. Meanwhile in Japan, the Ryukengers and Asami had a vacation trip, but sadly Orteca came to them. He stamped Asami and she give the warning to the Ryukengers to warned the Shocker has returned. Asami was died and transform into Giffterian. Eiji was angry, transform and kill the Giffterian on it. But the Gifterian was revived and Orteca revealed that Asami was the main host of the Giffterian. Later on, he attack Orteca and Orteca transform into Kamen Rider Demons to defeat Eiji in no time. There is possible cause Asami was demise who was under Gifterian's control.

At the same time, Yodonna sneaked into Sword of Logos's base and disguised herself as "fake" member of the Sword of Logos. She instantly are known as the double spy. She confront Touma and the other swordsman and they welcoming her and leaving them by her assistance. Yodonna tell the villains did not want to know.

Meanwhile, Sento and Kento had purified the blank Ryuken Medals. Unfortunately, Enter and Escape make them as a trap and steal the two of the Ryuken Medals. Two of the Ryuken Medals that they stealed can be turned into the Sigil Medals, which can consume the human life by using Shocker's dark energy.

Meanwhile at the Sword of Logos base, Yodonna had seen to stop the guards before the swordsmans had to discover her and she release the Jamenshi from the dark portal to aiding her. The alarms has been sounded that Sophia has discovered Yodonna in Southern Base. Luckily, Yodonna succeed to fooled everyone and she showed her true identity in front of Touma and the others. The swordsman had to transform, but Yodonna simply whipped the Jamenshi. Reika made an escape while everyone is attacking Yodonna. Thus making Reika escape alone and Touma tell her to need the aid by other heroes, such as Ryukenger.

Reika was arrive at Kanemoto Bookstore. She tell the Ryukengers to need her help to fight the enemy. As Asami's promise, Eiji tell her to give a warning to Touma, but the other swordsman are also arrive at that place. Reika said that Touma has been imprisoned and the bases of Sword of Logos was destroyed by Yodonna. Eiji angered and Sento had to calm Eiji down. Reika brought the Kaenken Rekka to Eiji and she tell him to take care about it. Mabushina came to the bookstore by using the portal which Eiji gave to him, which she need their help, by searching 4 Kanaema Stones, the Ryukengers and other swordsmans had to split into four teams to find the stones below. While Stacey also came to aid as well, by tell the Ryukengers and the other swordsmans had send a group to aiding them. And he said, they will aiding them once the villains attacking the Ryukengers and other swordsmans. Eiji agreed with his words.

Eiji, Rintaro and Kento had arrive in the graveyards. Eiji use his sword to revive Chigusa. He tell Chigusa about the demon but she know about the Deadmans but suddenly Chase and Yodonna make them trap as an assassination and arrest Chigusa. She killed Chigusa once more by using one of the two Sigil Medals that Enter and Escape bought, and she died again and transform into Abomination Megadon. Yodonna had introduced herself and she ready to transform into Kamen Rider Falchion by using Abyssal Knight Wonder Ride Book. They also had to transformed and attack Yodonna but failed. It was defeated by Kamen Rider Falchion and she had to finished them. Luckily, a duo Rider (Ikki and Vice) and a robotic and pirate Sentai Rangers (Juran and Zocks) has coming to rescue by making them escape with Battleship CrocoDaiOh. This make Kento had a vision and saw the future of himself.

At the same time, Sento, Kento, Yuri and Ryoga have arrive at the park and they confront Go Tamaki and he talking about his deceased friend named Yosuke Okuda. Unfortunately, Ghoul Megadon were summoned by using one of the two Sigil Medals and he tell Tamaki had to escape before the enemies start attacking them. They also transformed and attack the Megadon once. Suddenly, an evil rider named fake Kagero was arrive to defeat the others but Bamba, Emu, and Hiiro were immediately to rescue them.

Hinami, Ayaka and Reika went to the deserted place and they saw Sakura and Kanon had a fight. But Reika has to stop them and she transformed herself into Kamen Rider Sabela and she stopped them for the fight and they realized that they are Kamen Riders and they demorph after their realization. But they was under attack by Bechats and Kudakks! Haruka, Sena and Kasumi at full speed was getting some help to aid them as well. The heroines had to transform and defeat the enemies at once.

Meanwhile, Junya, Yoshinori, Ryo and Tetsuo had to manage to find the treasure that Mabushina spoke of in the forest. But they trapped and the villains showed themselves that they will be imprisoned forever. Luckily, Shinnosuke, Akira and Touma have arrived to rescue them and attack two of them but Enter and Escape had to escape before they know about the treasure. Ryo are angered in front of Junya that the enemies said that stones should be destroyed, thus will remember what Mabushina said the stones must be tempered and reforged to manage defeat their enemies, not to be able destroying it.

In the World of Antiverse, the villains had return to its master, Emperor Yodonshin. He is the mastermind of the Shocker that Fake Kagero spoke of. Fake Kagero had to leave the meeting, had to face the Ryukengers and Emperor tell him that do not failed to defeat the Ryukengers and Saber Riders. Yodonna visit Touma, which he was imprisoned by her allies. She tell him that the world above will be their tomb.

Tomorrow that morning, the four teams had to continued to find the stones that Mabushina spoke of. Later on, Eiji found the Destoria Kanaema Stones. But the enemies march and they transform and attack the enemies. Fake Kagero tell Eiji that stones must be destroyed but Eiji didn't care about it. Fake Kagero was realized that Daiji was in inside of Fake Kagero's body, the real Kagero was sealed and revealed that he is Ikki and Sakura's brother and Daiji's real inner demon, and Eiji had to finished him once. Eiji transform into Ryuken Saber and defeat Fake Kagero in one strike by making him separated with Daiji by using Destoria Kanaema Stone, Daiji was saved by Rintaro and Kento. Unfortunately, Orteca was arrived that Fake Kagero was betrayed by his own allies and he died once more. Orteca had to escape.

Kento had an another vision on the future once more until he meet himself in the future and he gave him the Arabiana Night Wonder Ride Book as a gift. Due to the unknown reason, Kento agreed with his own future self to take care among the Wonder Ride Book that he gave. While the three teams defeat the enemies, they found the other three stones as well.

Kashibai was calling the members that they had to regroup after that found the treasure had Mabushina spoke of. She also tell everyone spotted Touma in the wasteland. In no time, Sena call Hakobu and Oradin for the assistance.

The Ryukengers and other swordsmans had arrive to the wasteland and they reunited against each other. Just they looking up to the sky and they discovered the source of the enemies' organizations and they are attacked by Yodon-Shocker. Rintaro and the other swordsmans and the Rider-Sentai make the Ryukengers to entered but Eiji need help for Reika. Separated from the others, Ryukengers and Reika had to entered the citadel by using Reika's smoke power.

Touma was in a danger and the Ryukengers had to rescue him. But the enemies and Yodonna start attacking Touma. He is forced to confront the monsters unarmed until Ryukengers and Kamen Rider Sabela send to help. Eiji gave him Kaenken Rekka, he tell him to give a warning that Asami spoke of and Touma to transform into Kamen Rider Saber. All of the heroes are battle against Yodon-Shocker. Touma wondering about Kento what's going on.

While the others goes to battle with enemies, Kento goes to the castle where Touma has been imprisoned to find the impostor is, where the heart of the star created by the singularities was. Luckily, he found Yodonna but she strikes him away. Kento transforms into Espada Lamp Do Alangina to fight Yodonna alone, but is completely overwhelmed. During the flashbacks, Touma witnessing Yodonna that she is the real enemies. He agreed with Touma's words. Kento keep their promise to defeat Yodonna at once what Touma said before. But Chase come to rescue her, Kento killed him and Chase sacrifice himself in front of Yodonna and he dies with his Roidmude core has been completely dissipated.

Mizuki appeared to confront Yodonna, surpassing Yodonna, and Kento had to stop her by using Arabiana Night Wonder Ride Book that future of himself gave to him without ask Kakihara. He step to transform into Espada's Arabiana Night. Kento finish off Yodonna with a large slash, destroying the Abyssal Knights Wonder Ride Book and she slowly dies in the arms of Mizuki and she had to cry and Yodonna slowly cease to exist.

As Touma, the swordsmans and the Ryukengers attacking the Yodon Shocker, they finish off their enemies. Just as all of them had to demorph and Emperor Yodonshin had appeared in front of heroes and making an assassination before Garuda and Ren have arrived to assist them. Garuda and Ren succeeds to avoid the assassination by making trap, and Daiji called the real Kagero in his body for the assistance. They came to aid the Saber and the Ryukengers. Soon as they confront each other, the Ryukengers, Saber Riders, Kamen Riders and Super Sentai warriors had to transformed to attack Emperor Yodonshin. Emperor Yodonshin had to summoned the villains and the monsters to defeat the Kamen Riders and Super Sentai warriors.

The heroes find themselves in a pinch against their enemies until Kamen Rider 1 and Akaranger along with Senpaigers was appeared from the portal to help them, making them attack the Yodon Shocker once. By the way, thanks to Garuda for making the call for legendary heroes. While in the battle, the all legendary heroes gathering all heroes including themselves by finishing off Orteca, Enter and Escape. Thus making Enter and Escape dies peacefully and they exploded themselves.

Making Touma encouraged, all Legend Sentai Ryuken Medals are glowing and flying into the air and combined into Haouken Xross Saber by using Energia Kanaema Stone, Mabushina's tears and all of Legend Sentai Ryuken Medals. Soon as Mabushina and Mei encouraged him, Touma transform into Kamen Rider Xross Saber, Rintaro transform into Blades' Tategami Hyoujuu Senki, Espada' Arabiana Night and Eiji transformed into Ryuken Saber to takedown Emperor Yodonshin. however, they both switch their weapons making them attacking Yodonshin at once.

Touma and Eiji take the counterattack to attack him but sadly failed to takedown Yodonshin. Yodonshin creates another powerful members of them, but this time, Tamaki, Hana, Nozomu, Syuichiro and Ace were also join as Kamen Rider Over Demons, Aguilera, Chimera, Devdas and Geats, while Kamen Rider 2 and Century, and the Zyuohgers also aid to assist them to wipeout of their enemies.

When Touma, Eiji and the heroes reach Yodonshin, Touma attempts to convince Yodonshin to concede to avail, until Aruto and Stacy arrive, and they decides to sever the connection between both worlds (real world and World of Antiverse) to stop the enemy invasion and must be restore the cities and civilians they destroyed. They transformed into Kamen Rider Zero-One and Stacaesar respectively for the aid as well, thus making them continue to persuade and finishing Yodonshin once more but failed again due to Yodonshin dodge their attack. Emperor Yodonshin show his true power with using Shocker Leader III's helm to combine into Shocker Gomoryu, piloting by Yodonshin. Luckily, the Giffterian can easily destroyed and the heroes were not giving up by defeating its enemies.

The enlarged Shocker Gomoryu create some more powerful of his forces but this time, the Heisei Riders came to aid to defeat some remaining forces and tries to escape into space, but the 12-members of Kyurangers using their Voyager and the Mashins come to assist them at full force, and making Shocker Gomoryu take down to the Earth. Touma tells Eiji that Wonder Almighty Wonder Ride Book will be purify soon by using a blank Ryuken Medals.

The Ryukengers perform the four mecha and then combined into Densetsu Ryukenjin but failed once again. Later on, the Changemen are also to aid them by using their aura power. Eiji had a vision of Hiryuu Tsurugi and he telled him that he can with the fight by using Wonder Almighty Medals. But this time, the Ryukengers perform the miracle combinations of Ryukenjin, Kougou SaikouOh, Densetsu SaberOh and Yamitaijin into Ryukenjin Almighty by using purify Wonder Almighty Medals. As the heroes came to support to defeat the Shocker Gomoryu. Together, Saber and the Ryukengers destroy the Shocker Gomoryu by using their respective aura power and they finished Yodonshin for good using a combination of Xross Saber' Haou Hissatsu Geki and Ryukenjin Almighty Super Hero Hissatsu Giri, and Yodonshin's ritual is cancelled completely and the world will be restored by using four of Kanaema Stones.

After the battle, Touma, the Ryukengers and the heroes have reunited. The enemies were demise and Asami was revived but Chigusa did not, and Asami unite with his brothers. Asami then apologizes to Eiji for doubting her by confusing them. She revealed that she faking her death and stamped herself and transfering her souls by using the blank Ryuken Medals before Orteca stamped her earlier and ends up she using the Ryuken Medals that she stamped to making the Gifterian easily destroyed.

Meanwhile, Ayaka also had saw Luna that she is Ayaka's ascendant and she later disappeared and return to the afterlife, while Mizuki is sad about Yodonna's demise. At the same time, Orteca has been arrested and abdicated by Garuda and Stacy. Thanks to the heroes to managed to defeat the enemies, Kashibai, Mabushina and Mei has arrived and they revealed the mission as the final mission for crossover between Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.

Hiryuu, Akaranger, Kamen Rider 1 and other remaining legend heroes bid farewell to the heroes and the others before returning to their original homeworld and the timeline. Lastly, they also thanked the Kamen Riders and Super Sentai warriors but Nozomu were also later return to the afterlife as he revealed that he also turning him into the demon and later dying, and he bids them farewell, while the five-members of Kyurangers will return to their spaceship and returned to the space and bids them farewell as well.

Eiji thanked Touma for the assistance and they smiled. As Touma came to confront Eiji, he hugged him and make a new friendship between the two novelist. The film ends with the heroes are slowly facing through the sunset but unfortunately Vice had to farted in front of the heroes as well, it causing Ikki, Daiji and Sakura gonna angry while the others are laughing in front of Vice.

After the credits scene, Mumeiken Kyomu has been discovered in the ruins of building. A man was taking over the sword after he obtaining it. Did Kamen Rider Falchion make their return once more?
