Hirohito is Kamen Rider Heisei of the RiderRangers.
History[]
After he was born, Akihito and his twin brother Hirohito were altered by Blacker to be cyborgs. Before they were but under mind control, their parents saved them. They were sent to live with their cousin Nagako, who helped train them and hone their powers.
Personality[]
Akihito is very strategic, and has been trying to find where the layer of Blacker has been for as long as he remembers.
